We collect information about you for two reasons: firstly, to process your order and secondly, to provide you with the best possible service such as recall notices or updates on Tunes.
We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent.

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.
The personal information, which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law and will never be passed on to a third party. All financial information such as credit card details will be used only to process your payment. All processing is done by PayPal and your personal financial information is only entered on their secure site and is not at any point transmitted to us. No electronic or hard copy of any credit card, banking or other financial data will be stored.
We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a “cookie” which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.

We collect personal data only when you fill in an order form and only for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We use a two tier system so that your address and contact details are transmitted to us but all payment details are handled directly on the secure PayPal site and subject to their unbreakable security. Once your order has been processed, shipped and received we delete all personal date except for your name and the product you bought for warranty purposes. As an individual you are not identifiable by your name as no other information such as address or date of birth is held. In simple terms we hold a record that a Mr Smith bought an ST1050 exhaust but this could refer to anyone of that surname in the world and so is not personal to you. Under the new data protection laws in May 2018 you entitled to request any personal information we hold on you. You can do so through our contact form. We will only be able to reply with a name and product as we will not keep any other date. You have the right by law to have your request for information on what data we hold replied to within one month.
We will share some personal data with the courier companies we use and by completing our order form you consent to this. The data we share will be limited to your name, delivery address, contact number and email address to allow them to complete the delivery you have requested. We will not share any other personal data with any other companies and we will not ever send you unsolicited emails. By contacting us or placing an order it is understood that you consent to receive emails regarding the delivery of your order, emails containing fitting instructions or product warranty details or other such emails as may be needed to complete your order and delivery. We will not send marketing emails to you at any time.
All data received during the order process is password protected and only accessible to the owner of the company. No data will be available to any other staff members or outside parties. Any data breaches through hacking will be reported immediately to the correct authorities and any customers involved though as the only data stored will be a name and address and will not include financial details of any kind (and after delivery of the order will only be a name and product) we feel there is no risk whatsoever to customers at any point.
